preparations
We're making the final push towards Christmas. 7th Grade Band was a hit at the church Christmas Party. Our C&C Caroling/Christmas Party is tomorrow night...which means I'll be spending this evening at the grocery store and in the kitchen. I'm planning to make some sausage balls and peanut butter balls, and something else...I just need a bit of inspiration. I also need to go buy fleece to make a tie blanket to take to the nursing home when we go caroling on Friday night.
John and I are going shopping Thursday. We have a few more things to get, and two more presents to make, and then we'll be done. Oozey completely climbed the Christmas tree Sunday morning. There were ornaments on the floor that had been hanging on the top branches. This brings our broken ornament tally to 29.
Hannah has caught the crud, and I've been sneezing just enough this morning to start being nervous about the possibility of being sick at Christmas. If I start hitting the OJ now, I may be able to ward off a cold. Of course, if I overload on OJ, I'll have a fever blister for Christmas. Talk about being between a rock and a hard place...

Swizzle is a runt...
Yes, and my boys can't seem to shake this mess. Rich is at this moment at the DR with them both. We have six blankets for the nursing home, only 4 more needed! I think Cora is making a couple...
Stay strong Carroll - don't get the bug!
