Martha's little pumpkin is here! YEAH!!! And right at one of his Grandmommies favorite holidays...
I have a completely unrelated comment: who in the world thinks "Peanuts" is funny? I've never seen one that made me laugh (or, come to think of it, even smile). To me, they come across as droll or an attempt at witty, which is not what a comic strip is supposed to be. I don't read the comics to revel in the vagaries of life. I read them to laugh. Long live Calvin and Hobbes!
I really just enjoy Peanuts at Halloween. The Great Pumpkin drama makes me smile. Other than that, I'm with you...Calvin and Hobbes or The Far Side any day!
Fox Trot or Calvin and Hobbes, definitely! and once you have kids you realize how true they are...
