deep fried
Headed to the NC State Fair tonight. I could say that I was going to ride rides, or see the livestock, or to play games, but let's be honest...I'm going to eat till my stomach explodes.
UPDATE: Rachael and I each ate a giant grilled chicken pita, shared a bloomin' onion, ate a fried Snickers/Milky Way, and had NC State ice cream (I had chocolate, she had the cherry vanilla). Elapsed time: 1 hour, 14 minutes.

my tummy is currently growling... did you ride a big twirly ride after eating all that?
What? No Mt. Olive pickle? No maple cotton candy? No fudge???
Didn't want a pickle, didn't want to wade through the crowd for maple cotton candy that I'd eat a few bites of and then give Rachael's horse the rest of it, couldn't manage fudge after the ice cream. : )
Hey, there's nothing wrong with going to the fair JUST to eat. Everywhere I go, I'm scoping out the eats...
i am so jealous!! i would deep fry everything if possible. oh well maybe next year.
