Butter Bar
Congratulations to 2LT John! Mama and I got to pin his bars on today...and I think we did well. He was sworn in as an officer in the US Army; wearing Granddaddy's US pins and Daddy's Armor insignia. It was a special day. Thanks to everyone who came...it meant a lot!

I second the congrats! (and good job carroll and 'Mrs. Burt')
I'm still disappointed I couldn't haze him. I wasn't, however, prepared for the nice little delay on the camera. I think I took out at least 10 army guys diving for that perfect picture taking position on the side of the room. I heard a few were taken to the hospital.
you can still haze him. : )
I still didn't know John was on the volleyball team ;)
